2RU rackmount solution
IngeSTore Server is a 2RU rackmount server allowing integration with existing rackmount equipment. IngeSTore Server has been designed to plug-and-play into your existing equipment and storage architecture.
IngeSTore Server is offered with two, four, six or eight channels of capture with fixed or interchangeable video interfaces.
8 simultaneous and independent streams
Capture up to 8 simultaneous inputs from SDI coaxial, SDI fiber, NDI, HDMI or SMPTE 2110/2022. Each channel can capture a different resolution, frame-rate, and/or codec. All Epoch and KRONOS video cards are supported.
Interchangeable video interfaces
When IngeSTore is licensed to a KRONOS Optikos3G model, the video interfaces can be “hot swapped” between SDI coaxial, SDI fiber, HDMI 1.4 and SMPTE 2110/2022 using an approved SFP+ hardware module. Change the video interface, not the video card or video server.

Duplicate Live Inputs
Use the KRONOS range, BlueToolBox and IngeSTore 2.0 together to duplicate live SDI/ST2110/HDMI inputs and record each duplicated input to a different format.

Flexible UI

Capture from auxiliary audio and timecode sources
IngeSTore can be configured to capture audio and timecode from auxiliary sources such as LTC inputs and AES-EBU inputs. The configuration can be set per input channel of IngeSTore.
Real-time Audio Level Meter
To monitor 16 and 24 bit 48kHz audio recordings displayed in decibel bars to ensure consistent volume, prevent clipping and set your ideal recording levels.
External Monitoring
Playthrough the captured signals directly to SDI/ST2110 for live quality assurance monitoring.
Multiple codec options
Capture Uncompressed QuickTime, AVI and DVCPRO50/HD codecs as complementary features with the free IngeSTore 2.0 download.
Upgrade any time to a per channel license for production, archival and streaming formats.
Record direct to network shared storage, including Avid Nexis
Network-Attached Storage (including Avid Nexis video storage) is workflow compatible with IngeSTore created files, allowing all networked-connected systems to access media directly and immediately.

Chunk Recording
Use the Scheduler app to break long recordings up into manageable chunks of time. Or, configure IngeSTore to record chunks of files calculated in seconds of duration. All chunk recordings appear in the media bin.
Edit-While-Record (EWR) workflow for any format
Start editing your footage in Adobe Premiere Pro or Avid Media Composer NLEs while your file is still being captured into a growing file. Multiple editors connected to network-attached storage can collaborate by accessing growing files during a live recording.
EWR is also available on a single workstation where IngeSTore records available inputs as the NLE’s timeline is displayed as SDI/HDMI outputs.

Simultaneous IngeSTore recording during content creation
All Bluefish video cards provide bi-directional BNCs and free plugs-ins to the Adobe, Assimilate and Avid suite of content creation tools, plus many more. Use the bi-directional BNCs to simultaneously acquire media with IngeSTore and external monitor as SDI/HDMI from Adobe Creative Cloud, Assimilate SCRATCH, Avid Media Composer, Avid Pro Tools and many more.
Save time by multi-tasking your ingest while you create. This workflow is not to be confused with Edit-While-Record.
BlueController RS-422 software
The bundled BlueController RS-422 software can be used to start, stop, fast forward and rewind RS-422 devices in tandem with IngeStore.
